Recovery week is FUN. Emily Mickle and I spent 3 hours this morning perfecting these hamburger cupcakes, a delightful idea that struck me on Sunday as a hilarious way to spend an off-morning. The lettuce is made from green-colored coconut, the ketchup and mustard are red and yellow frosting, the buns are yellow cake, and the hamburger a sliver of chocolate cupcake. The finished product even had sesame seeds on top!!

I can only imagine the fun and laughter you experienced with Mickle on this endeavor. Too bad Lauren wasn't there too!
